The following information, with regard to the return of applications when purchased via the Google Play Store, is in-line with the standard Google Play terms and conditions.
Please check the Google play website for further details and updates regarding the purchasing of applications through the Google Play store.

Google Play's current conditions for returns are as follows:
"You have 15 minutes from the time of download to return an application purchased on Google Play for a full refund. You may only return a given application once; if you subsequently purchase the same app again, you may not return it a second time."

To return an app from the Google Play Store, find the "Refund" button:

• Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
• Tap Menu > My Apps.
• Find the app you've purchased that you'd like to cancel and tap to open the details page.
• Within the 15 minutes, you will see the option to "Open" or "Refund" - tap "Refund" to cancel the order.

If you cancel your order within the first 15 minutes, your credit/debit card will not be charged. Any line items on your statement are only authorizations.
JCI Software requests that you take advantage of the free demo or trial versions of JCI Software applications where possible. This will give you a good idea how the application will look and function on your phone.

Google Play offer a 15 minute window in which you can cancel your order.
